How well do you know your coworkers? Here at SumnerOne, we pride ourselves on being a company that values family, and we strive to extend that value to how we treat our fellow employees. We’ve decided to introduce you to one of our SumnerOne family coworkers each month.

Our first spotlight is Tracy “Sunshine” Searcy, Enterprise Solution Representative, out of the Tulsa, Oklahoma office of SumnerOne. She’s been with SumnerOne for 15 months, but she’s been a Rockstar in the B2B space for a long time. Before SumnerOne, she worked under the VP of sales for a family-owned company in Tulsa. She took them into the 21st century, creating their CRM, a virtual training program, and all of their sales slicks. “Teaching and training is a passion for me,” she says.

Tracy Sunshine lives up to her name. She’s a force of positive nature, and it shows in all she does—from her super-positive and successful kids to her contagious entrepreneurial spirit. She says her favorite thing about SumnerOne is the spirit they share— “They’re also looking for growth.”

5Qs with Tracy “Sunshine” Searcy

1. How lucky are you?

Super lucky. I was a radio talk show host; I’ve traveled all over the US when I worked in the hearing aid industry. I have a great family. I feel lucky that my kids turned out so amazing. I’ve been in situations where very cool opportunities have come my way. I’m a worship leader, and I’ve led worship in a lot of cool places.

2. You’re forced to appear on America’s Got Talent. What’s your performance?

Tina Turner, Proud Mary—Rock diva performance

3. If you were a box of cereal, what would you be?

Applejacks. I like the way they change the color of the milk. I like being the face of change. I like the process. I trust the process.

4. What’s your favorite 90's jam?

Little Jackie by Crystal Lewis

5. If you could transfer to any other SumnerOne department, where would you go?

I would like to travel to all the offices. The perfect job for me would be to go to all the offices to be a trainer and show people how to do things the SumnerOne way.
